What we collect
When you request beta access we collect your first name, last name (optional), email address, your consent to be contacted, whether you want product launch updates, and how you found us (referring page and campaign tags).
If you are invited and create an account, we also process your account details and the content you add to ideaforge, as described in our Terms of Service.
Why we use it
To review your beta access request, confirm your email address, contact you about your request, send you an invitation if you are selected, and, only if you asked for them, send product launch updates.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and, once you have an account, the performance of our agreement with you.
Who processes it for us
Our hosting and file storage provider (Railway), our email provider (Google Workspace), our authentication provider (Clerk), and our AI provider (OpenAI), which powers the AI features that work on the content you add to ideaforge.
They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Beta requests are kept until the end of the beta program or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Account data is kept while your account is active and as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing also withdraws your beta access request.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@ideaforge.ltd.
